Do you ship to my country and how much does it cost

We’re happy to announce that we provide free shipping worldwide – regardless of your cart value.

How long does the shipping take?

✈ Our products are shipped directly from manufacturers and artisans from around the world and are often made on demand. As a result, our shipping and processing times are a bit longer than what you may be used to.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

US orders typically take 5-20 business days.

International orders typically take 10-30 business days.

We offer DHL option available: it takes 5 to 7 working days ( If on the checkout page you cannot choose the option DHL it means your not eligible for DHL in your country)

Where can I track my order

You can use our website here or another tracking page adequate to your local post provider. If you’re not sure what carrier was your order set with, please contact us, using our contact form here.

Will I pay custom fees ?

No, we declare a minimum so there is no fee when you get it to your door :)

The tracking says "delivered" but I never received my order, what should I do

Please reach to your local post office and neighbours and ask if they have any packages under your name. If your package was already sent back to our warehouse then we notify us, we will resend it free of charge :).

Refunds and Exchanges

I want to cancel my order, what can I do ?

If it hasn’t been shipped yet that won’t be a problem:) Normally we are able to cancel your order and issue you full money refund up to 2 days after you placed the order. Please contact us here.

I received an incomplete order, what to do?

First of all, please don’t throw away the shipping label and contact our customer service team here.

I received the order, but it came damaged!

Sorry this happened to you :(. Please contact our customer service team here. You will be asked to send some more details and we will arrange a shipping of replacements asap.

Can I return items bought on sale?

Unfortunately, not. This also means that you can’t return items bought with a use of a discount codes. Read more here.

Who pays the customs tax/duties?

The receiver (customer) pays the duties.

Will I be charged duty or import fees?

We artificially mark down our product cost and label it on orders to lower the tax burden for our customers - For most country there will be no tax to pay

In the case you are charged additional tax, duty, and/or import fees, we are not liable for those payments.

For US Customers: orders under the value of $800 should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees.

For EU Customers: some orders of value greater than 22 euros may be subject to VAT upon reception depending on the source country.

For other International Customers: please refer to your own country's policies in regards to importing tax and duty.

How does shipping work?

Bestwallclock partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order may be shipped from global areas such as Hong Kong, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS, DHL, UPS, TNT, and your local postal couriers.

How long does shipping take?

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries and we wanted to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

For international customers, it will take approximately 10 - 30 business days to arrive from the date of shipping confirmation.

For customers in the US, we work with partners there to ensure a faster delivery and they will arrive in 5 - 20 business days from the date of shipping confirmation.
