Will I be charged duty or import fees?
We artificially mark down our product cost and label it on orders to lower the tax burden for our customers – For most countries, there will be no tax to pay.
In the event that you are charged additional tax, duty, and/or import fees, we are not liable for those payments.
For US Customers: orders under the value of $800 should not incur additional duty, taxes, or fees.
For EU Customers: some orders with a value greater than 22 euros may be subject to VAT upon receipt depending on the source country.
For other International Customers: please refer to your own country’s policies regarding importing tax and duty.
How does shipping work?

This means that your order may be shipped from global locations such as Hong Kong, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnerships with USPS, DHL, UPS, TNT, and your local postal couriers.
How long does shipping take?
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries and we wanted to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is dispatched.
