We’re happy to announce that we provide free shipping worldwide – regardless of your cart value.

✈ Our products are shipped directly from manufacturers and artisans from around the world and are often made on demand. As a result, our shipping and processing times are a bit longer than what you may be used to.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

US orders typically take 5-20 business days.

International orders typically take 10-30 business days.

We offer DHL option available: it takes 5 to 7 working days ( If on the checkout page you cannot choose the option DHL it means your not eligible for DHL in your country)

You can use our website here or another tracking page adequate to your local post provider. If you’re not sure what carrier was your order set with, please contact us, using our contact form here.

No, we declare a minimum so there is no fee when you get it to your door :)

Please reach to your local post office and neighbours and ask if they have any packages under your name. If your package was already sent back to our warehouse then we notify us, we will resend it free of charge :).

Refunds and Exchanges

If it hasn’t been shipped yet that won’t be a problem:) Normally we are able to cancel your order and issue you full money refund up to 2 days after you placed the order. Please contact us here.
