– What happens if my wall clock arrives damaged?
If the clock arrives broken or damaged, Please contact us for support at firstname.lastname@example.org
– Will I pay custom fees ?
No, we declare a minimum so there is no fee when you get it to your door :)
– What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied within the next 15 days after you received your clock we will refund you or send you a new clock. We are happy to cover the cost of the shipping of a new clock but we do not take in charge the cost of the returned article.
– Do you accept foreign Currency?
We only accept Euros.
– What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal at the moment, you also have a secure payment and warranty with it.
On checkout, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account.
– When will my order arrive?
By Epacket it takes usually around 18 days give or take
By DHL it takes 5 to 7 working days ( If on the checkout page you cannot choose the option DHL it means your not eligible for DHL in your country)
– How will my order ship?
We ship by Epacket but also by DHL depending on where you are from (extra fees are applied by DHL )
– Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from China, we pack and wrap our packages very well for best protection possible.
– How can I track my order ?
We will send you a unique number and link to track your orders.
Please allow 2-3 days handling care in order to receive your tracking.
