Rolex wall clock references, by series
Every dealer display wall clock in the studio traces back to one of three reference families. Each is machined in 304L stainless steel with a silent Gen-II sweep movement and a 34 cm boutique-proportion dial.
The Submariner series
The Rolex Submariner-style wall clock is the studio’s signature reference: black or green bezel, luminous hour markers and the date window at three o’clock, at showroom scale.
The GMT-Master II series
Pepsi, Batman and Root Beer bezel colourways with the 24-hour hand that made the original a pilot’s tool — the most requested Rolex-style wall clock after the Submariner.
The Daytona series
Cosmograph-style three-register dial in Panda, Reverse Panda and Rainbow editions. The busiest dial we make, and the one collectors photograph most.

What you are actually buying
Four things separate a studio-built display piece from mass-market decor. These are the four.
AISI 304L stainless steel
Solid cold-milled case with a 1.2 mm outer bezel ring. Structurally rigid, cold to the touch, holds a brushed finish.
Gen-II silent sweep
High-torque 32,768 Hz quartz module rated below 10 dB. The second hand glides — no tick, audible from nowhere in the room.
2.5 mm convex crystal
Anti-reflective mineral glass with a genuine glass 2.5× cyclops lens over the date aperture — not a printed sticker.
Recessed steel mount
Integrated 5 mm rear bracket rated for the full 1.2–1.9 kg shear load. Stud mounting recommended on drywall.

The origin story
The showroom clock paradox
Walk through a first-class lounge or watch a tennis final, and you have seen them: the commanding presence of a luxury showroom display clock.
For years, collectors asked boutiques the same question.
“Can I buy the clock on the wall?” — The answer was always no.
Those units are strictly controlled factory marketing assets. So we built our own — and then kept going: the winders that keep a collection running, the shadow boxes that show a movement exploded, the cases it travels in. Nine collections, one studio in Verona, one standard.

Are these genuine branded products?
No — and we will never imply otherwise. Genuine luxury wall clocks are factory property and are not sold at retail. Ours are independently designed and manufactured “showroom display style” pieces for decorative use. BestWallClock Studio is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by any Swiss watch house.
What is a “deconstructed” watch display?
A complete movement disassembled into its individual components — mainplate, bridges, wheels, escapement — and mounted in a framed shadow box in exploded order. It is a wall piece, not a working timepiece.
Do the wall clocks tick?
No. We use a Gen-II high-torque silent quartz movement — the second hand glides continuously rather than stepping. Acoustic output is rated below 10 dB, which is inaudible in a normal room.
Which winder do I need?
Match the station count to the number of automatics you rotate: single-station for one daily wearer, multi-station cabinets from four upward. All our winders offer programmable turns-per-day and bi-directional rotation.
How fast is shipping to the USA?
We hold rotating inventory of our most requested references in a domestic US warehouse, so most orders arrive in 3–5 days. Every clock completes a 48-hour movement calibration test before dispatch.
What if I don’t like it?
Return it within 60 days, no questions asked. Every movement also carries a 2-year warranty.
