Will I pay custom fees ?No, we declare a minimum so there is no fee when you get it to your door :)
The tracking says "delivered" but I never received my order, what should I doPlease reach to your local post office and neighbours and ask if they have any packages under your name. If your package was already sent back to our warehouse then we notify us, we will resend it free of charge :).
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to cancel my order, what can I do ?If it hasn’t been shipped yet that won’t be a problem:) Normally we are able to cancel your order and issue you full money refund up to 2 days after you placed the order. Please contact us here.
I received an incomplete order, what to do?First of all, please don’t throw away the shipping label and contact our customer service team here.
I received the order, but it came damaged!Sorry this happened to you :(. Please contact our customer service team here. You will be asked to send some more details and we will arrange a shipping of replacements asap.
Can I return items bought on sale?Unfortunately, not. This also means that you can’t return items bought with a use of a discount codes. Read more here.

Will I be charged duty or import fees?

This means that your order may be shipped from global areas such as Hong Kong, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS, DHL, UPS, TNT, and your local postal couriers.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries and we wanted to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.
